Conditions of Access

Access to Spectrum Engineering Australia's on-line tools and facilities is made available to clients and associates of our business at the absolute discretion of the management of Spectrum Engineering Australia Pty Limited. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate access by any or all users to any or all facilities at any time for any reason whatsoever. We also reserve the right to discontinue these services at any time without notice.

Access to licensing data via these facilities will normally be limited to data that is directly associated with ACMA Client IDs associated with the user's organisation, as nominated and approved within the application process. Continued access will normally be contingent upon all ongoing licence application activity associated with those Client IDs being lodged through our company.

These facilities are made available at no charge and on a "best endeavours" basis for use by approved clients. Spectrum Engineering Australia accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any losses or other outcomes arising from the use of or reliance on these facilities.
